Providing essential support to the team at Bright to ensure the smooth running of the office and a seamless process for candidates and clients.

I have a long history of working within recruitment both as a consultant and administrator, having worked for both large high street agencies and small London boutique consultancies. Though I’m now working as office manager, I’m also a qualified recruiter and hold a Diploma in Business Administration. In late 2014 a change in circumstances led me to Bright Selection as a Senior Administrator; I was pleased to become Office Manager in 2016.

Working for Bright encompasses everything I enjoy about recruitment. It’s great being responsible for supporting a strong team of professional consultants who work with integrity and professionalism, I’m there to help ensure that the way we work is of the highest quality and meets all necessary legislation.

I love working in recruitment, it’s an engaging and exciting industry in which to work, the thrill of placing quality people into new jobs is incredibly rewarding, specifically within the Care Industry as the person you place and the client you place them with are there solely to help others.

In May 2017 I left Bright to pursue another way of life as a publican and although I really enjoyed doing that, I just could not shake the recruitment bug and here I am back with Bright not 10 months later

I love to work; I have responsibility; what I do directly impacts the team and how they deliver their role, ensuring the high standards and goals we strive to achieve are exceeded.

I am a keen gardener & chilli grower, rugby fan and Foo Fighters / Dave Grohl fanatic. I like nothing better than hunkering down for a good swashbuckling period drama or throwing caution to the wind, donning the leathers to pillion on my partner’s motorbike. I am rubbish at bowling but I can pull a great pint!
