Part of this is making sure we are responsive and timely in communications, but more than that, we need to meet the client’s objective to fill a role within their timescales. At Bright selection we believe that our high–quality screening adds enormous value. We would rather provide fewer CVs with a much better match to the role.
Our intensive screening processes show we take time and care. We carry out checks on a candidate’s ID, NMC PIN and eligibility to work in UK. This level of engagement from the outset ensures our candidates are ready, serious about the role and are committed to attending interview!
We place candidate and client satisfaction above the getting the placement or earning the commission. If we feel the role is not right for our candidate or the candidate is not right for our client, we’d rather withdraw.
