Neil Horwood & Stephanie White promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant

At the end of last week, two of our longest-standing employees were promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant. Below, our Director Karen discusses the merits of these two fantastic consultants.

Congratulations to Neil Horwood and Stephanie White on their promotions to Senior Consultant at Bright Selection!

Julie and I are delighted to announce the promotion of two of our key team members at Bright Selection. Both Neil Horwood and Stephanie White have been promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant. This is in recognition of their high level of skill and knowledge, while also serving as an acknowledgement of the exceptional level of customer care they offer to our valued clients and candidates.

Neil joined the business in its early stage of growth in 2011 and has worked in developing our business in the North of England, delivering a staggering 80% growth rate in the region and creating strong partnerships and exclusive agreements with some of the leading providers in Yorkshire, the North East and North West. Neil is skilled in understanding both the urgency of our client’s needs and the necessity to make a meaningful placement that provides a long term solution for all.

From the outset, Neil has been a crucial member of the team and consistently demonstrates his ability to focus on new and confidential appointments for our key clients. We have been delighted with the exemplary feedback that Neil has received through our quality assurance processes; candidates and clients alike have all praised Neil on his speed, efficiency and professionalism. We have always been impressed with the way Neil works tirelessly to achieve results for all of his clients and he is highly valued across the team for his willingness to support and to share how to deliver on targets.

Stephanie has been with the company for 3 years and joined us with a background in IT recruitment, being new to health and social care her appetite to learn and achieve in the sector has been infectious. In her time at Bright she has gone from strength to strength leading on both account management of existing and valued clients, and in sourcing new clients that are well selected and matched to our core values. As such she knows that she isn’t ever compromised and is able to present candidates’ with opportunities with some of the best care providers throughout the South of the UK.

Since taking the lead on the South West and South Coast regions Stephanie has delivered the highest growth percentage this year, achieved through working hard to source for some of the most niche and challenging requirements. She always takes the time to understand her candidates and their real goals engaging in a conversation, and never makes sales calls.

Both Stephanie and Neil always take the time to engage with clients at events and forums, ensuring they meet with clients to gain a full brief and understanding of the business and company ethos. They have also both shown commitment to their own professional development and in June 2016 they both successfully achieved their Level 3 NVQ Diplomas in Recruitment and are both nominated mentors for our new team members, showing them the Bright way.

In doing so both have become Brand Ambassadors showing true commitment to being Bright, where everyone recognises the value of working together, operating responsibly, providing quality and working with integrity.
