Business Support & Relationship Manager – OUTSTANDING Care Home

Salary:              £32,500 + Commission

Location:        Ipswich

I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Relationship Manager within the care home sector to join my client, a multiple-award-winning group in their Outstanding rated nursing care home based in Ipswich.

Working at the purpose-built care home your role will be to liaise and manage relations with potential residents. It will be your job to market and promote the home and work alongside the general manager to drive the home forward in revenue targets.

In addition, you will line manage all ancillary services to ensure the hospitality of the care home meet the homes 5 star standard and create a welcoming environment for the residents.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience of managing ancillary services
  • Proven experience of sales and marketing
  • Relevant food safety and health and safety qualifications
  • Experience in managing a generous budget

This position would work on a rota basis and some weekend work will be required.
