Children’s Home Manager – Learning Disabilities/Autism

Salary:             £40,000 + Benefits

Bright Selection is looking to recruit a Registered Manager for a small, autism specific service in the Teesside area. The home in question provides specialist care for young people aged 11-17 and has a very good recent Ofsted Report.

My client has a number of services across the northern UK and prides itself in the exceptional level of care that they provide every one of their residents.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, leading and supervising the staff team, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, building strong relations for the future and a keen focus on maintaining/improving occupancy.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate commitment and creativity to enhance the performance of the service. Ideally you will hold Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Care Services or be willing to work towards this and ideally have experience of working with younger people with an autistic spectrum condition.

In return for your hard work and success, my client is looking at a base salary of £40K per annum, plus six weeks annual leave per annum and company pension.
