Compliance Manager – Care Homes

Salary:             £35,000 – £40,000pa

Location:        North London

We are delighted to be working with a small group of care homes seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager.   Working across the homes, you will work with the management teams to ensure the homes are achieving the highest possible standards of care, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.


  • Nurse qualified desirable, although this is not an essential criteria
  • A good understanding of both operational and strategic issues of quality management
  • Previous experience of using QA systems
  • Good working knowledge of the relevant policies and procedures relating to adult social care
  • Sound leadership skills and change management
  • Experience of care planning
  • Confident IT user, with good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • A full driving license and access to a car is essential


  • To deliver quality assurance and clinical governance systems across the group
  • Support the care homes’ managers and staff to achieve outstanding care
  • Carry out regular audits and home reviews
  • Ensure quality improvement plans are developed and that they are monitored and managed
  • Create and deliver quality workshops
  • Contribute to operational projects
  • Provide regular reports on the quality performance of the homes and their progress 


  • Salary offered in the region of £35,000 – £40,000pa negotiable depending on qualifications, skills and experience
  • Based in the care homes
