Deputy Manager – Luxury New Commission – Nursing and Dementia Care in Essex 

Salary up to £48,000 per annum

Our client is an expanding provider with a number of well regarded, purpose built homes in the South of England. This provider is a leader in delivering high quality dementia services with a well established programme of care delivery that truly meets the individual needs of each resident, providing good and outstanding CQC rated services across the group.

Candidates must have supervisory experience gained in an elderly care setting, rota management experience, good interpersonal skills, and be passionate about providing the best possible care.  Our client is committed to training and staff development and are able to offer excellent opportunities for long term progression, including access to management training and qualification. The role offers supernumerary hours and benefits from a well-established support team.

We can also consider nurses with unit manager experience seeking career progression, although you must be able to demonstrate team management experience.

For this role you will need to be:

  • Either RGN qualified with current PIN or significantly experienced Deputy/Manager within a residential setting
  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record in team leadership and management
  • Experienced in providing nursing care to older people
