Our client is seeking an exemplary deputy manager who can provide leadership across all aspects of management of a busy retirement setting. The home is based in Swanley and is part of group of 11 homes and with significant growth of new services in the south east over the next five years.

Responsibilities include
• Reporting directly to General Manager
·Responsibility for supporting manager in the safe and commercial running of a large retirement service
• Lead on day to day management quality and performance within the service

Essential Criteria
·Nurse qualified with a current NMC PIN
·You will have at least 2 years experience of a luxury care facility in a leadership position
• Proven track record in delivering high clinical standards
• IT Literate
• A desire and ambition to deliver the very best service and care within elderly care
