Exceptional Manager required for an Outstanding Home
This is a unique opportunity to work for a provider that holds high quality care at the heart of all they do. Our client is a well-established provider with a brilliant reputation and some truly special community relationships.
This is a medium sized nursing home and is set in the picturesque surrey countryside, with landscaped gardens offering both a peaceful and inspiring environment for residents and staff alike.
As a manager you will be well supported by the owners who are personally committed and financially well-resourced to ensure that the home delivers 100% in all areas for the residents. You will benefit from a stable, long standing and motivated team including a clinical deputy manager, full time activities manager, housekeeping, marketing team, PA, and a Finance and Administration manager. This means that the real focus for the manager is on quality of care, understanding and responding to residents’ needs and then leading and supporting the whole team to achieve quality.
As a high-end home our client is seeking a manager who understands the importance of the home being part of the local community and working in partnership with external organisations. The home works tirelessly to integrate with the other local groups, hosting large craft events and working with local charities in supporting the development of all.
Therefore, the successful candidate will be someone who appreciates and values this inclusive approach to care delivery and the rare chance this presents for a Home Manager to genuinely feel their home is part of the community.
