Job Title: General Home Manager –Multi-Award Winning Employer

Salary: £80,000 pa plus 25% bonus, 7% pension and other benefits
Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to be representing a multi-award winning, luxury care home operator who are seeking an experienced manager in the private healthcare sector to join their purpose built care home in Hindhead.
The care home boasts fantastic facilities and care for all its residents in a beautiful homely environment, there is a fully licensed restaurant providing fine dining at its best, and a separate café accessible 24hrs a day. There is a team of managers that ensure a smooth running of the home including activities, HR, Care, Clinical, Dementia, Residential, Front of House and Housekeeping, the home was last inspected in 2016 and rated as Good overall.
This is a large care centre that requires an experienced Manager who has particular experience in management of large budgets, cost control, developing revenue streams and marketing within private healthcare services or hospitality services. Experience and exposure to the healthcare sector is essential as is Nursing Qualification with valid PIN. An interest and commitment to understanding and delivering high quality care is imperative.
As a Senior Manager within the company you will be solely responsible for delivering on the centres KPI and for overall management of all aspects of achieving a successful care provision both financially and in meeting all government legislation.
