Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Salary: £55-60k plus bonus
Bright Selection is proud to be working exclusively with a reputable, quality led elderly care provider with the recruitment of a Home Manager for a luxury nursing home in the Chichester area. The home has a unique design and offers nursing, residential & specialist dementia care, providing state of the art facilities and equipment, a 5* dining service & personalised activities available to its residents.
Our client requires an experienced General Manager with a proven background in successful home management/retirement lifestyle living within elderly care. You will be responsible for the overall business management of the home supported by an experienced Clinical Lead Manager who will oversee the clinical compliance and governance. As such your role will focus on the effective overall running of the home as a safe, high quality regulated, private, elderly care home. This will include recruitment of staff, marketing the home effectively within the local community and liaising with professionals, CCGs and CQC to continuously build and maintain the home’s reputation ensuring that the home achieves essential financial KPIs and exceeds clinical standards.

- Current or recent experience of managing an elderly care home is essential
- A passion for elderly care
- Working knowledge and comprehension of CQC and relevant regulatory standards
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent
- Experienced in managing budgets and achieving financial KPI
- Proven track record in private elderly care within either nursing or residential
- Previous Marketing and business development experience within elderly healthcare
