Bright Selection are delighted to be representing an established not for profit provider who are looking to appoint an Interim Home Manager to their 51-bed nursing home in South East London. The home provides specialist nursing care and support for older people as part of our clients housing support and care complex, set within extensive grounds of over 200 sheltered accommodation homes and apartments. With a current CQC overall rating of Good, the home has a strong reputation in the community and is looking to continue to provide excellent leadership and are seeking an Interim Home Manager on a 3-month contract. As a respected and credible leader, you will have a track record of transforming care service delivery, ensuring financial management of services, maintaining a diligent approach of operational plans and budgets. You need to be a qualified nurse with a valid and current NMC Pin and have previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home.

Essential criteria:

  • Nurse qualified with an NMC Pin
  • Experienced in a senior role within an nursing care home setting
  • Management Qualification – NVQ Level 4, Registered Managers Award or Level 5 in Leadership & Management
  • Strong management and clinical skills
  • Dynamic & person centred in your approach
  • Able to start in post at the end of July 2017
