Nursing Home Manager (Elderly) £45k – Berwick Upon Tweed
Job Title Nursing Home Manager (Elderly)
Town Berwick Upon Tweed
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to join a well-established and highly thought or private provider of care homes.
Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to represent a leading regional provider in sourcing a Registered Home Manager for a newly created opportunity located within a 10 minute drive from central Berwick. The home provides nursing and social care for 47 elderly residents, including care for service users with dementia.
My client is a highly professional organisation whose ethos revolves around quality, as well as having the wellbeing and care of all of its residents as high priority. They have grown through acquisitions over the past couple of years and are hoping to grow organically over the coming years as well. They currently own in the region of 24 nursing/care homes across the UK.
You will enjoy both clinical and commercial autonomy, with the opportunity to put your stamp on all aspects of your Home’s operation. You will therefore need to be an experienced and confident care home manager who enjoys being independent within their role. As the care home manager you will lead with authority, passion and compassion. You will be skilled at developing strong communities within the homes, making residents feel valued and genuinely cared for, and inspiring the staff to deliver excellence in all aspects of their work, and to develop both personally and professionally.
My client will pay £45k + benefits that include six weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
