Regional Support Manager – Award Winning Care Provider – St Albans

Bright Selection is currently seeking an experienced General Manager to take up a Regional Support / Peripatetic Manager role for an expanding, luxury provider. This is an exceptional group, emerging as one of the stand out companies in the elderly care sector

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and expanding provider seeking to employ only the best candidates. The salary for the role is negotiable depending on experience but is highly competitive and also offers a car allowance and generous benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the group operations team
  • Providing effective day to day operational management at homes within the group portfolio
  • Provide coaching and support to newly appointed General Managers or those being developed in their roles
  • Work with the SMT to deliver specific projects as required
  • Overseeing the care delivery within designated homes to ensure that the highest standards are provided

 Essential criteria:

  • NMC PIN or relevant professional qualification
  • Successful track record in managing elderly care or nursing homes
  • Experience gained managing large teams
  • Strong planning, organisational and finance skills
  • Ability to develop relationships within the home, with stakeholders and the wider community
  • A genuine passion for promoting and delivering excellence within the sector
