Registered Care Home Manager – New Home Opening in 2017 – Redhill

A very exciting opportunity to join an award-winning care home operator and commission a luxury care centre in the Redhill area. Our client is an expanding provider with a wellearned reputation for providing first class care and support to the over 65’s within stunning, purpose built villages.

The care village has been designed to a very high standard with excellent facilities including a cinema room, hair & beauty salon, a choice of restaurants & private dining, all within a comfortable homely environment located in beautifully landscaped gardens, providing first class residential, nursing & dementia care for up to 70 residents. Our client champions best practice and is proud to provide an alternative model of care to its residents.

As the successful home manager you will be responsible for marketing the care village & embedding crucial links with the community. You will recruit a full range of staff ensuring the highest standards can be delivered from the off set. Registration with CQC will also form part of your remit including building a rapport and ensuring compliance is met.

The salary for this role is offered in the region of £65,000 + bonus and benefits


 Essential criteria:

  • Nurse Qualified with an active PIN
  • Proven Care Home Management of a similar size service
  • Dynamic & Quality focused in your approach
  • Genuine Passion for person centred care
  • Level 5 or equivalent

  • 25 days AL + BH
