Bright Selection is excited to be working with a leading healthcare provider for adults with disabilities for a ‘Good’ rated home near Aldershot

The service is established and enjoys a good reputation, clients are encouraged to contribute to the running of the service including planning the menu, interviewing staff and refurbishing the home. The home offers a high caliber of services and each client receives a comprehensive support plan through a Person Centred Approach

This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager, with experience of supporting young adults with learning disabilities and / or physical disabilities to join a ‘Good’ rated service. The role is permanent and paying a salary of between £38,000 – £45,000 + excellent benefits

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring best practice and compliance
  • Supporting and mentoring staff team

Essential criteria:

  • Nurse qualified with an active PIN
  • Proven background of working as a Home Manager within a learning disabilities service
