Residential Home Manager – Birmingham

Experienced Home Manager required for a fantastic opportunity in Birmingham.  We are recruiting a manager for a modern purpose built nursing home in Birmingham which is easily accessible from Solihull and Sutton Coldfield.

The home is residential only and is quite large at around 70 beds.  Currently rated as RI with CQC, there is some development work to do so we’re looking for an experienced manager with a positive CQC track record.  It’s also important for the Manager to have experience of managing larger homes.

Essential criteria:

  • Elderly and dementia care experience
  • Strong leadership skills and change management experience
  • Experience of meeting CQC requirements and improving standards
  • Experience of managing large care homes

This is a permanent position offered at c£38k – £42kpa depending on skills and experience, the company also offers a contributory pension scheme.  This is a great opportunity to join a leading and innovative care home provider with further growth plans.   The group have a wonderful ethos and a commitment to providing the highest possible standards of care.
