Senior Administrator – Bright Selection

Senior Administrator 

£20,000-22,000 per annum

Bright Selection Ltd is an expanding health and social care recruitment & search consultancy, offering effective solutions to leading care providers across the UK. We are a growing business seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator to support the company directors and a busy consultancy team.

This is a hugely mixed and varied role taking responsibility for all general office administration & company processes and procedures to include;


  • Management of all support and systems for the business
  • Oversee administration of legislation and regulatory requirements including HR and health and safety functions
  • Covering for the Directors in their absence, liaising with both clients and candidates
  • Management and lead of marketing initiatives including social media content sourcing and planning
  • Central point of contact for all suppliers
  • Sales and purchase ledger


  • A proven track record in senior administration role or similar business support role
  • Ability to demonstrate project management skills
  • Understanding and experience in managing company social media and marketing
  • Experienced in working with confidential information
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Experienced in a Sales, Customer Service or Healthcare setting is preferable
  • Must be able to work flexibly, provide attention to detail and work to deadlines
  • GSCE Level 5 (or equivalent) and above in both English and Maths
  • Advanced IT skills, including excel and word
  • Experience in Office 365 and Quickbooks is desirable but not essential
  • Car Driver desirable
