Regional Operations Manager

Regional Operations Manager required for a leading elderly care provider with growth plans.

We are seeking an experienced regional ops manager with a proven successful track record in elderly care home management.  We’re seeking a nurse qualified candidate with current NMC pin to lead the day to day operations across a portfolio of 6 homes.

This is a great time to be joining this highly regarded and growing care provider creating a beautiful portfolio of care homes that utilise state of the art technologies.

The homes are quite widespread from North to South so regular travel with some overnight stays will be required.

The role:

• Overseeing a small but growing portfolio of elderly care homes
• Line management responsibility for the Home Managers
• Report into the Group Operations Director
• Ensure the homes are operating within the companies strategic direction, goals and financial planning.
• Support the commissioning of new services

Requirements:

• A recognised and appropriate management qualification
• Ideally someone with multi-site management experience
• At least 5yrs experience as a Home Manager with private sector experience and a proven track record
• A full clean driving license is required as this role includes travelling to different sites on a daily basis.

Salary:

• £80,000pa plus bonus (OTE up to £92,000pa)
• 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
