Clinical Deputy Home Manager

Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to represent a leading regional care home provider for older people in the recruitment of a Deputy Manager for their luxury nursing home, located in the Greenock area

Our client is a well-established provider that is financially sound and driven by delivering quality care outcomes for their residents.  There is a stable senior management team along with support and project management resource to help innovate and develop within the homes to provide the very best for residents.

The role will include some weekend working and would be predominantly day duty (although there may be the need to work nights occasionally). The role is part nursing and part supernumerary (50/50).

Responsibilities

• Line management of nursing and care team
• Reporting to General Management
• Care assessments and reviews
• Delivering high level clinical standards

Essential Criteria 

• Nurse qualified with current NMC PIN – RGN preferred, although will consider RMN/RNLD
• Demonstrable Clinical leadership experience or qualification
• Team management and leadership experience
• Proven track record in audit and review

Remuneration

• £46,606pa
• Overtime rates available
