Residential Home Manager

Bright Selection are delighted to be working with an established not for profit provider of care homes for older people.

Our client is seeking a care professional with a passion for working with older people and in particular dementia care. This Home Manager role is based in Bexleyheath, London, within a large residential home with an experienced staff team and excellent regional support.

Requirements

• Min NVQ level 4 health & social Care.
• Direct experience of supporting people with dementia.
• A qualification in dementia care is desirable.
• Experienced in working with CQC and external agencies to deliver positive outcomes.
• Ability to develop and market the home.

Responsibilities

• Registered Manager with CQC.
• Leadership of care home team including care and all support functions.
• Deliver exceptional resident centred care.
• Working to KPI based on quality and occupancy.
• Reporting to Regional Manager.
• Working in accordance with CQC and other regulatory legislation.
• Recruitment, supervision and appraisals.
• Professional development of your team.

Remuneration

• £65,000pa
