Care Co-ordinator

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to join an established domiciliary care provider at their branch in the Seaford area, supporting the delivery of high-quality care across the local community.

 

This group has five branches across England with a supportive management structure in place and presents as an excellent opportunity for career development.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a care co-ordinator.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems.
  • Ability to communicate and engage with care staff effectively by phone, email and in person.
  • Experience in business development within domiciliary care is desirable.

 

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Deputy Branch Manager.
  • Day-to-day management of rotas.
  • Liaising with clients, families and external professionals.
  • Ensuring care delivery is compliant with legislation and best practice.
  • Supporting continuity of care and contributing to branch development.

 

 

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Up to £30,000 PA DOE.
  • Monday–Friday hours.
