Clinical Care Manager

Excellent opportunity for an inspirational Clinical Care Manager to join a recently commissioned luxury nursing home. In this role you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead on all clinical care across the home, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional, relationship-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with responsibility for clinical care.
• Lead, develop and inspire the care and clinical team.
• Support recruitment, training, supervision and performance management.
• Ensure safe, effective and high-quality care planning and delivery.
• Oversee medication management in line with NMC guidance.
• Support audits, inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Promote an open, honest and positive clinical culture.
• Work collaboratively to deliver dignified, relationship-centred care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
• Willing to work towards ILM Level 5.
• Strong leadership experience in a clinical care setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, professional care.
• Basic IT skills.
