Nursing Home Manager

Bright Selection is delighted to be supporting an exciting new provider in the recruitment of a Nursing Home Manager for their successful nursing home in Mid Essex.

The home is newly refurbished and set in a beautiful village location accessible from the A12.

Our client is looking for an experienced manager who thrives leading and inspiring a team to provide the best quality of care. As an expanding provider they can offer excellent opportunities for career growth and long term development.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home for older people.
• Clinical Qualification desirable but not essential.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
• Experienced in quality management systems.
• Proven track record in managing good rated care homes.
• Excellent communication skills including IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Management of a medium sized nursing home.
• Line management of Heads of Department.
• Reporting into Regional Manager.
• Lead on quality and compliance.
• Management of recruitment, induction and supervision of care and support team.
• Sales, marketing and promotion of the home to local community.
• Liaising and working with relevant stakeholders.

Remuneration:

• Salary c£75,000 depending  on experience.
• Very competitive bonus scheme with OTE of up to £100,000 per annum.
