On Friday, we had the pleasure of attending Berkley Care’s B:Celebrated annual Awards, and in true Berkley style it was an incredible afternoon full of love, laughter and celebration.

As a recruitment partner to Berkley Care Group, it’s always inspiring to see firsthand the culture they’ve built. Achieving Top Employer status for the third consecutive year is no small feat, and events like this truly bring that to life. With over 850 nominations across all parts of the business and 250 attendees, the room was filled with pride, energy and genuine appreciation for the fantastic work happening across their homes.

It was a real honour to present the Outstanding Team Member award; huge congratulations to the winner Jake Potter. On a personal note, it was particularly special to see that all three nominees for Leader of the Year are managers that we’ve had the privilege of recruiting over the years. Watching their impact and progression within Berkley is exactly why we do what we do.
