Karen our co-founder and Emma our Senior Consultant attended the Care show in Birmingham this week. The event was as engaging as ever and was a great opportunity to meet and catch up with new and existing clients. They had the chance to attend a mock coroners court and see the coroners process in action. Karen also attended the ‘Starting Strong’ session discussing how to overcome the challenges of setting up as a new provider. Some great insight shared on the level of commitment and passion needed to set up, along with a top tip of surrounding yourself with the right people. Thursday saw Karen attend as part of the panel for Outstanding Society session on ‘Burnout to Balance’, sharing ideas and initiatives from the sector on how to support the well being of your team, right from the point of interview. Great engagement all round with practical examples and strategy to promote well being across the workplace.
