Last week, the Bright Selection team came together for a day out of the office for a dynamic and insightful development day, focused as always on elevating our approach to recruitment within the care sector.
We were privileged to welcome guest speaker David Sheard, who delivered a powerful session on the role of Emotional Intelligence in care, and importantly how it translates into identifying and placing the right leaders and teams. His thought-provoking session sparked a lot of discussion and reminded us of the importance of EI, culture and values in building empathetic, resilient and successful teams within the social care sector.
Our day also included a chance to acknowledge and reflect on a brilliant past year for the team and to come together to set our goals and aspirations for the financial year; we can’t wait to see what 2025/26 brings!
