We are delighted to share that for a second year we have successfully completed our St Helena £40 challenge raising a total of £1,315.00. This year’s fundraising efforts have included 5 weeks of running our own onsite tuck shop, which has been a real favourite on site, especially when the afternoon cup of tea required a sweet treat! We would like to thank all of our neighbours who supported us by donating money for their treats, Larking Gowen, Moveplus, NEEB Holding Ltd, Property Risk Inspection Ltd, Consensus it is really appreciated and we valued your contribution. Our big event was our Pub Quiz night which brought out some interesting team names and some competitive quizzers! Again this would not have been possible without the support of the Queens Head who hosted and provided food and refreshments, along with our trusted Quiz master Big Jim, who kept the laughs and donations high! We would also like to thank those who supported us by donating raffle prizes this included Group 1 BMW, Curve Water Sports, Swann School of Dance and Mimi’s Kitchen.

Finally a thank you to our Bright Selection team who all contributed in getting the events up and running; all with the aim of supporting this amazing and important charity in being able to deliver the very much needed hospice and palliative care across North Essex.
