Branch Care Manager
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Branch Care Manager to join a well-established private home care provider within their Newport branch. The service provides domiciliary and live-in care and is supported by strong central teams across recruitment, compliance and marketing.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring high quality care delivery alongside sustainable branch growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing branch operations and care delivery
· Leading and developing office and care teams
· Ensuring CIW compliance and high standards
· Supporting branch growth and customer relationships
· Participating in the on-call rota
Requirements
- Previous domiciliary care management experience preferred
· Residential managers with strong CIW knowledge will also be considered
· Strong understanding of CIW/CQC regulations
· Good leadership and people management skills
· Commercial awareness and ability to manage branch performance
· Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Package
- Salary up to £40,500
· Bonus potential up to £12,000 per annum
· Additional on-call allowance
· £1,000 joining incentive
· Strong support and progression opportunities
