Clinical Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist interdisciplinary team providing specialist neurological rehabilitation and nursing care for a range of conditions and symptoms.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with active pin, demonstrable post-registration experience
• Complex care nursing / ITU / HDU
• Previous experience in a Care Home setting (preferred)
• Experience in management or mentoring roles

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the clinical and care teams you will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager with clinically related aspects of the home, such as assessing potential residents and liaising with commissioners and stakeholders.
• You’ll be required to leading team and clinical review meetings, working collaboratively with the Home Manager and QA teams you will ensure effective and safe clinical practices are maintained, including conducting investigations and addressing complaints or concerns.

Salary and benefits:

• £53,000pa plus bonus scheme
• 25 days leave + bank holidays
• Company pension scheme
