Clinical Lead

My client is an established regional provider of nursing and specialist care homes across North Wales and the North West of England. They are looking for an experienced nurse, ideally RMN or RNLD, to support the home manager in all aspects of clinical care across the home; this role is part managerial and part nursing.

This is a small service that provides nursing care for a mixed client group including older adults and those with mental health needs, learning disabilities and some behaviours that may challenge.

Requirements:

• RMN/RNLD
• Valid NMC Pin
• Experience within a nursing home setting
• Full understanding of CIW regulations

Responsibilities:

• Clinical leadership across the home
• Providing mentorship to the are team to ensure high quality of care being delivered at all times
• Supporting the Home Manager

This role is offered at an exceptional £50,000pa.
