Recruiting on behalf of a charity owned care home in Bath that provides nursing & residential care, the home is registered for 32 beds and is well regarded locally.

The home and its residents enjoy huge involvement with the community including regular coffee mornings, a day care service and a range of activities & visits.

In Summer 2017 our client was granted planning permission to extend the home and build a dementia unit.

As the Clinical Lead you will be supported by the Home Manager and supervise a team of 3 nurses and carers, you will share responsibility of carrying out regular audits and support the team to ensure they are able to carry out their duties, this will including training & development. You will also carry out assessments for new residents and liaise directly with district nurses, MDT’s, GP’s and the Local Authority.

This role is to cover 3 days a week supernumerary and 2 days working the floor with your colleagues and engaging with the residents.
