Group Facilities Manager

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
As Group Facilities Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the providers care homes and support offices. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management
- Space management
- Building maintenance oversight
- Testing and inspections coordination
- Recruitment and training of maintenance staff
- Effective contract management
- Management of communications infrastructure
- Property and equipment strategy and documentation
- Business continuity planning
- Supervision of renovations and refurbishments
Requirements
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the group’s homes
- Strong understanding of legal requirements related to Fire and Health and Safety
- HND (SCQF level 7) or a degree in facilities management
- Proven experience in property maintenance and team management
- Ability to balance financial aspects of estate management with a focus on quality
- Track record of meticulous record keeping and estate planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Remuneration
In return for your dedication and expertise, our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000.
