Deputy Manager

Our client has a newly created Deputy Manager role for a care home in the Exmouth area. In this role you will have the opportunity to join a well performing small home, that is currently rated Good.

This is an excellent chance to join a small provider that has the resource and senior management support to continue the growth and development of the home to deliver ‘Outstanding’ rated care.

Responsibilities

• Management of medication.
• Leadership of care teams providing team supervision and appraisal.
• Reporting to and working with home manager.
• Compliance and auditing.

Requirements

• Must have experience in working with older people in a care home.
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager.
• Knowledge of PCS care planning and RotaCloud is desirable.
• Good understanding and knowledge of regulations.
