Care Co-ordinator
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to join an established domiciliary care provider at their branch in the Seaford area, supporting the delivery of high-quality care across the local community.
This group has five branches across England with a supportive management structure in place and presents as an excellent opportunity for career development.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a care co-ordinator.
- Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems.
- Ability to communicate and engage with care staff effectively by phone, email and in person.
- Experience in business development within domiciliary care is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Deputy Branch Manager.
- Day-to-day management of rotas.
- Liaising with clients, families and external professionals.
- Ensuring care delivery is compliant with legislation and best practice.
- Supporting continuity of care and contributing to branch development.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Up to £30,000 PA DOE.
- Monday–Friday hours.
