Head Chef

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist care provider seeking an experienced Head Chef to join their new care home in Chelmsford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Head Chef, with a desire to deliver exceptional standards and work alongside a passionate and highly experienced senior management team.

Requirements:

• Previous Head Chef experience is essential
• Dysphagia training or knowledge is beneficial

Responsibilities include:

• Develop food programme

• Oversee Sous Chef & Kitchen Assistants
• Managing daily budgets and stock.
• Plan, prepare, cook and serve food to the highest standard.
• Cooking delicious and nutritious meals within company budget.
• Ensuring a safe & clean environment.
• Catering for parties & events

Remuneration:

• £40,000 pa
