Head of Sales & Marketing

Exciting opportunity to join a luxury and highly reputable care home group as their Head of Sales & Marketing to drive growth and brand presence in the industry.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of success in implementing and executing sales & marketing strategies within the care home sector.
• Proficiency in website analytics, PPC, and SEO, with the capability to effectively lead digital marketing agencies.
• Adept at coaching and mentoring on-site Client Relationship Managers.
• Willingness to travel frequently with occasional nights away from home.

Remuneration

• This role offers a competitive salary plus OTE
