Home Manager

Our client requires a Residential Home Manager for a small good rated home, as a supportive and growing business they will consider both experienced Home Managers and Deputy Managers looking for a step up into a Registered Manager position

Responsibilities 

• Hold CQC Registration for the home
• Leadership of care team
• Recruitment and supervision of care team
• Ensure home is fully compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Develop and grow the service to achieving Outstanding

Requirements

• A passion for providing high quality care for older people
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management
• Experience in working with older people in a care home setting
• Demonstrable comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements
• Experience of leading a team
