Nurse Manager- small, successful home

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for your first Home Manager position, or an experienced Home Manager seeking a smaller, well-established service where you can focus on quality care and getting to know residents and families?

Due to internal promotion we are recruiting for a Nurse Qualified Manager to lead a highly regarded nursing home in Waltham Cross. The home is a small, stable service with a fantastic long standing staff team, excellent resident relationships and a strong quality culture. This role would suit an ambitious clinician looking to develop their management career within a supportive organisation, or an experienced manager who values a more personal and resident-focused environment.

The Role

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the home.
• Ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care.
• Supporting and developing a dedicated care and nursing team.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
• Managing occupancy, budgets and overall home performance.
• Maintaining excellent standards in line with CQC and company expectations.

About You

To be considered, you will need:

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience within a care home setting.
• Previous leadership experience as a Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Unit Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
