Operations Manager – Adult Specialist Care

Bright selection is delighted to be working with a leading national provider of adult specialist care. They are actively looking to appoint a new operations manager to oversee multiple specialist residential care services across the Reading and immediately surrounding area.

In this role you will work closely with registered managers to continue to improve outcomes for people living in the services.  You will also be required to provide support on developing services and vision for the group.

Responsibilities

• Line management of registered managers.
• Undertaking service visits and auditing.
• Budget management.
• Attending regional meetings.
• Oversight of compliance with CQQ regulations.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities/mental health needs.
• Good understanding of finance/budget management.
• Experienced in multi-site management desirable.
• Car driver.
• Flexible to travel as required for the purpose of the role.
