Quality Manager

We’re seeking a clinician with current NMC pin, to support and improve the quality of care.  Working alongside home managers you will implement quality improvement plans, evaluate services with managers and their teams and ensure that all services are of a high quality and compliant with legislative requirements to deliver excellent care by well-trained and motivated employees.

This position requires regular travel across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

Requirements:

•  A current NMC Registration
• Knowledge of the CQC framework, compliance, regulations.
• Experience of change management and troubleshooting in care homes.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks and implementation of quality and governance initiatives.
• Experience of using and competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK driving licence with full time access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the operations team and registered managers to embed the principles and best practice of the quality improvement framework.
• Conduct planned and responsive quality assurance activities to analyse compliance and quality standards across the homes.
• Provide advice and guidance to management and teams to ensure quality assurance systems are in place and maintained.
• Provide advice on relevant legislation and best practice to Manager’s on quality.

Remuneration:

• Salary of £55,000pa plus travel and expenses.
• This is a permanent position, working Monday – Friday | 37.5hrs per week.
