Regional Operations Manager

We are working in partnership with a specialist complex care provider to appoint a Regional Operations Manager.  This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing multiple services and driving operational, clinical and quality performance across the portfolio.

This organisation delivers high-quality care within a non-private fee-paying setting, supporting people with complex needs. The role is pivotal in ensuring services operate safely, effectively and in line with both regulatory and internal standards, while maintaining an excellent resident experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full operational oversight of multiple services
• Line management and support of Home Managers
• Ensuring strong clinical governance and regulatory compliance
• Managing staffing models, including complex care ratios and one-to-one provision
• Supporting decision-making around admissions and levels of care complexity
• Driving continuous improvement in service quality and resident outcomes

We are seeking an experienced and clinically credible operator who can confidently lead within a complex care environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
• Proven experience managing multiple services within health or social care
• Strong understanding of dementia and complex care, including staffing models and high-dependency needs
• Demonstrable leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality and operational performance

Salary:

• Salary circa £85,000
• up to 10% annual bonus
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
