Regional Quality Manager

Bright Selection is excited to support a long term client looking to strengthen their management team with a newly created Regional Compliance and Quality Manager role covering a small portfolio of homes in Norfolk and North Suffolk.

The group are an established and well-regarded care provider with good and outstanding rated homes. They are entering a period of growth and this is a great time to be joining them in a senior role.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out quality audits and compliance visits to group homes.
• Supporting home managers in implementing projects and action plans.
• Attending senior leadership meetings.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships across the business at all levels and with external agencies and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Multi-site leadership experience gained in a quality or operational support role within an elderly care group.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced level of knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulations.

Remuneration:

• Salary c£60,000 depending on experience.
• Bonus scheme.
