Registered Manager

Bright Selection is supporting a leading national specialist care provider in recruiting a Registered Manager for their Supported Living provision in South Essex. The role is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking and authentic group who are going through and exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee support provision across homes in the Southend area.
• Ensure that services are compliant, effective and innovative.
• Leading and inspiring a team providing person centred care and supporting service users with a range of needs including as learning disabilities and autism.
• Seeking a manager that can embrace change and can be a positive leader.
• Report into the SLT.

Requirements:

• Must be able to embrace change and be a positive leader.
• Leadership experience gained within specialist care services.
• Knowledge of CQC KLOE and the inspection process.
• Commitment to ensuring the highest standards of person centred care.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Framework.

Remuneration:

The salary for this role is offered in the region of £32-35,000 pa plus a comprehensive lifestyle and well-being benefits package.
