Registered Manager – Supported Living

Bright Selection are supporting a leading national specialist care provider in recruiting a Registered Manager for their Supported Living provision in South Essex.

The successful candidate will oversee support provision across homes in the Southend area, leading and inspiring a team providing person centered care and supporting service users with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities and autism. Our client wants to recruit a manager that shares their values, can embrace change and can be a positive leader.

The post holder will report into the SLT and will ensure that services are compliant, effective and innovative.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience gained within specialist care services.
• Knowledge of CQC KLOE and the inspection process.
• Commitment to ensuring the highest standards of person centred care.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Framework.

Remuneration:

The salary for this role is offered in the region of £32,000-35,000 pa plus a comprehensive lifestyle and well-being benefits package.
