Residential Home Manager

Bright Selection is delighted to represent a small and caring group in their appointment of a Home Manager for their well-run residential care home in Hull.

Our client requires a Residential Home Manager for a small home, as a supportive and growing business they will consider both experienced Home Managers and Deputy Managers looking for a step up into a Registered Manager position.

Responsibilities
· Hold CQC registration for the home
· Leadership of care team
· Recruitment and supervision of care team
· Ensure home is fully compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements
· A passion for providing high quality care for older people
· Experience in working with older people in a care home setting
· Demonstrable comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements
· Experience of leading a team

This role is offered in the region of £30 – £32K plus bonus.
