Requirements

• Experience as a Registered Manager within a care home for older people.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
• Experienced in quality management systems.
• Proven track record in managing good rated care homes.
• Excellent communication skills including IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Management of a residential care home.
• Line management of Heads of Department.
• Reporting into Regional Manager.
• Lead on quality and compliance.
• Management of recruitment, induction and supervision of care and support team.
• Sales, marketing and promotion of the home to local community.
• Liaising and working with relevant stakeholder.
