Wellbeing and Activities Lead
We’re delighted to be working with an exceptional care home provider in the recruitment of a Wellbeing and Activities Lead for their care home in North London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, passionate, and dedicated individual to enhance the lives of residents through outstanding care and meaningful well-being and lifestyle activities. You will be the creative mind behind the resident’s ability to express themselves and participate in activities that promote happiness, personal development, and fun.
Responsibilities:
- As a Wellbeing Lead you will play a vital role in planning, designing, organising, and delivering engaging activities and lifestyle opportunities.
- We are seeking an outgoing individual who possesses a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of older people living in a care home.
- Collaboration and a one-team approach are essential as you will work in partnership with team members, residents, and their relatives. You will support the Leadership Team as they strive for excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, including supporting and organising schedules of events or activities.
- Excellent organisational, listening, and communication skills (written, non-verbal, and verbal).
- Basic proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Salary :
- £13.00 / hr, equating to £27,000pa for a 40hrs a week contract
